Guy Lynch Surveyors was set up by Guy Lynch MRICS to specialise in providing residential surveys to home buyers in Hampshire. 

We are based in Winchester, and cover the whole of Hampshire.

We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and uphold the highest professional and ethical standard.

Guy is a Chartered Surveyor and grew up in Hampshire which allows his clients to benefit from his knowledge of the local area.
